WELCOME​ and thank you for inquiring with Kara Quinn Photography. I believe taking photographs is what I was called to do. My style is intentional, care-free, light filled and honest. I focus on finding beauty in every moment and I have a love for connection and creating without limitation.
As always, each wedding is beautifully unique. If you feel your wedding doesn't fit within the perimeters of my packages offered, shoot me an email and we can carefully design a package that better suits your needs.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS
In addition to your selected wedding package, flight, stay and car rental accommodations for 4 days will be added to your grand total. Accommodations include two days before, the day of and day after your wedding.
Accommodations will be booked by KQP & receipts will be provided to you for reimbursement.

ALL THE DETAILS YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Wedding Photos ​​--​ All of the images taken the day of your wedding will be delivered within 90 days. I run through the entire album, delete the blurry and duplicate images and select the best images to return to you. An average delivery includes approximately 500-700 images.
Engagement session​​ --​ This is a 60-90 minute session at the location of your choice. It includes 50 high-resolution images, a print release, and an online gallery along with one outfit. If you choose to add on the full engagement portrait session, it will be a 60-90 minute session, two locations, 2-3 outfit changes & an online gallery. The full session also includes 100+ images.
Online Gallery ​​-- ​Your online gallery is powered through Pictime. A shareable link will be provided with your high resolution images and it never expires - this applies to your engagement session and your wedding album. The high resolution images will allow you to print any size photo you'd like.

Expedited Editing -- This option speeds up the delivery of your wedding gallery. Should you choose this option, your gallery will be edited within 2-3 weeks of your wedding date.

Bridal Portrait Session -- This option is for that bride that wants to see how her hair, makeup, dress and all her other details will look together. This 30 minute session is scheduled within 1-2 months prior to your wedding!

Rehearsal Dinner Coverage-- This is up to 90 minutes of coverage at your rehearsal dinner location. This is a fun time to get some extra family, wedding party & couples photos! These photos will be delivered along with your full wedding gallery.

To lock in your dream wedding date, a $750 non-refundable deposit is required. Once you have completed your package selection, your remaining fee will be due two weeks prior to your day.
Please note: Should you book with Kara Quinn Photography, additional information will be provided. Travel and accommodation fees applicable anywhere outside the Omaha area.
